If you wish to edit a submitted beforeUdig enquiry (e.g. to change the dates, add notes, update the location or your contact details), there is unfortunately no option to do this. Once a job is submitted it is set in stone and we cannot add or change any of the details.
The best course of action if an enquiry is incorrect is to submit a new enquiry with the correct details. If you no longer require the old job, click here for information on how you can cancel it.
Tip: If your job is starting earlier than the website's default start date (2 business days from today) due to an urgent emergency enquiry (e.g. burst water main, blocked sewer main, animal burial, earthquake damage etc.) you should ring the call centre on 0800 248 344 so your enquiry can be prioritised accordingly.
