If you need to access jobs you have lodged previously, on your Home screen under the Recent History section, you will see up to 5 of your most recent enquiries. If you need to view any older jobs, they can be searched by clicking the History button on the left-hand menu:
There are numerous search fields you can use, including:
- Ticket Number - if you know the specific job number
- User Reference - if you know the user reference submitted on the enquiry
- Ticket Type - if you want to search jobs by type: Design, Excavation
You are able to filter the results further using the next options:
- Suburb/Town - enter a locality name to bring up jobs lodged in that area
- Job start / end dates - enter a date range to bring up jobs due to start and finish within this timeframe
Click the Search button to start the search for your jobs once the information is entered.
Matching jobs will then be listed underneath:
Click the line showing the required job to open the job's Summary Screen. This will display the job's enquiry details, lodgement details, and contact information for the notified asset owners.
From the Summary Screen, click the "Actions" button to see the following options:
