You may need to cancel a job with beforeUdig due to the works being cancelled, a duplicate enquiry being made, incorrect information entered into enquiry details, or if the wrong area was marked out.
There isn't a cancellation option available via the website, you will need to contact the utilities directly. They will then be able to cancel the request within their database.
Depending on the asset owners' systems and processes, there is a possibility you may still receive some plans for your enquiry even after it is cancelled.
The utilities contact details are available on your job confirmation email or in your User Enquiry History.
