How to reset my password & username

If you are already registered with beforeUdig (you may have signed up over the phone, or via the web) and are unsure of your username, often it is your email address. If this does not work, click the "Forgot Username" link underneath the login fields. Provide your email address and we will send any matching username(s) out to you.

If you have forgotten your password, this can be reset by clicking the "Forgot Password" link underneath the login fields.

The Forgot your password? page will appear. Simply type in your username and then click Reset Password:

You will be emailed a link to click to create yourself a new password - this should be at least 8 characters long and contain a mix of upper case, lower case, and numerical characters.

Note: If your email address has changed, please contact our Help Desk on 0800 248 344 so an operator can securely retrieve your login details over the phone.
